LISBOA
Lisbon city of Seven Hills with its famous typical neighborhoods located next to the Tagus River where you can find the famous Torre de Belém, built in the early 16th century is an example of the Portuguese architectonic style, the Manueline.
Then a stop at the Pattern of Discoveries, where the Portuguese caravels set out to explore and negotiate with India and the Orient. The monument celebrates the Portuguese Era of Discoveries, in the 15th and 16th centuries.
The Jeronimos Monastery is a World Heritage and one of the symbols in which Portuguese power and wealth are evident during the Discoveries, inside you can see the tombs of Luís de Camões and Vasco da Gama.
In Rossio you can visit Lisbon Cathedral (Sé de Lisboa), it is a Roman Catholic parish church, the oldest church in the city. Ascent to the elevator of Santa Justa built in 1900, made of iron and wood, it’s the best point of view of Lisbon, it offers a fantastic view of the Graça district. The Castle of St. George, dating from the X – XI centuries, was conquered by the Moors by D. Afonso Henriques in 1147, it’s an emblematic monument of Lisbon.

This importante part of the Lisbon city had an important role in the portuguese ‘Discoveries’ and that time in history influence the global enviroment of Belem, where the gardens and monuments reveal the history and evolution of the portuguese culture!

PASTEIS DE NATA
When go to Belém there is a place that makes some wonder delicacies; the called ‘Pastel de Nata’ is a special cake that makes you cry for more… but don’t worry they are doing them since 1837 and will kepp doing them for many year.

AZULEJOS
Azulejos are Portuguese painted tin-glazed ceramics tilework used on interior and exterior of buildings as churches and palaces, ordinary houses, schools, and nowadays, restaurants, bars and even railways or in subway stations.
In Portugal we still use them in portuguese architecture apllied on walls, floors an ceilings.

SUNSET
In Lisbon we like to end the worksday with friends, relaxed in social engament with the city as background for the begining of the night.
Lisbon is called the ‘City of the Seven Hills’ and as you can imagine there are many viewpoints to enjoy landscape and experience the city.

FADO
Fado is the result of a historical and cultural fusion that occurred in Lisbon in the second half of the XIX century is a song that does not need a language because the feeling is in the voice of those who sing along with the guitar.
The Fado was elevated to the category of Cultural and Intangible Heritage of Humanity by Unesco is typically Portuguese sung throughout the World, but only felt in Portuguese.
